Harrodsburg Square has transitioned to Sentry Management as its management company as of October 22,2026. My name is Angela Pritchett, and I am pleased to introduce myself as your new Community Association Manager. I look forward to getting to know you and working with the Board and homeowners.
We are continuing to work through the transition and onboarding process. Please review the following payment information: November Assessment Payment: Please pay your November assessment by check, payable to Harrodsburg Square, and include your property address on the check so we can properly credit your account.

If you use your bank’s bill payment service, please update the mailing address in your bank’s system to the address above. Although Sentry Management has a Lexington office, please do not deliver payments to that location. Payments are not processed there, and delivering a check to the Lexington office can delay processing and may result in late fees. To help ease the transition, late fees will not be charged for November for accounts with no past-due balance.
You will receive a separate mailing with your account number and instructions for payments by phone, ACH, and online. We will also offer clubhouse hours to help owners sign up for these payment options. Dates and times will be shared once scheduled.
